JELA-III Renewal: Technical Information

The JELA-III contract with DoD, Adobe, Carahsoft, and Emergent has renewed as of September 30th, 2023. FRL Offline license files for the new 2023-2024 PoP are available under the "license files" option of the "product" dropdown, and FRL Offline software packages from October 2023 onward will also include the current licensing.

If you already have your desired versions of the FRL Offline applications, you can simply apply the new license file for Creative Cloud or Acrobat to address expiry or maintain access.

The grace period for transitioning FRL Offline applications to the new license files is 99 days. Please reach out to adobe-jela@carahsoft.com and jelatech@adobe.com for additional support and/or office hours.

Serial Number Licensing: If you are still utilizing SN licensing, the suggestion is to transition to NUL or FRL. November 30/Dec 1 (1 hour) 11-12 EST

FRL Licensing:
January 4th/8th (1 hour) 11-12 EST
January 10th/12th (1 Hour) 11-12 EST

If you would like to update your application versions, you can download the new software packages (October 2023 onward), and they will already have the current license file built in.
