The JELA-IV Contract with the DoD, Adobe, Carahsoft, and Dell has been awarded and the previous contract expired on September 29, 2024. Adobe has extended licensing for existing apps until October 6, 2024 to allow for smoother transition, after which licensing for Adobe apps requires updating to support the new contract period.
FRL Offline license files for the new 2024-2025 PoP become available after contract expiration under the "license files" option of the "product" dropdown, and FRL Offline software packages from the expiration date onward also include the updated licensing. All available packages are for the JELA IV contract.
If you already have your desired versions of the FRL Offline applications installed, you can simply apply the new license file for the appropriate app to address expiry or maintain access.
The grace period for transitioning FRL Offline applications to the new license files is 99 days. Please reach out to adobe-jela@carahsoft.com and jelatech@adobe.com for additional support and/or office hours.
If you would like to update your application versions, you can download the new software packages made available after the aforementioned expiration date and they will have the updated license file built in.
Please refer to the Adobe PDF documents in the "Installation Guides" tab for the license file update process, licensing info, deployment guidance, and technical troubleshooting.
